What can this local furniture darling tell us about consumer trends and preferences? As it turns out, quite a lot. Since its establishment in 2013, Article has grown to now employ over 1,000 people and has recently marked its one millionth order!
Please join us for an intimate conversation with Article’s Vice President of Marketing, Duncan Blair, as he tells us about how Article has managed to set itself apart in a very competitive and saturated furniture market. We’ll talk about how tech has transformed a traditional brick-and-mortar industry, where consumer trends are leading, and what the future looks like for Article.
About our Guest
Duncan Blair is the Vice President of Marketing at Article. Duncan oversees the marketing department, which is composed of the advertising, brand, communications, ecommerce, and creative teams. Duncan works with his team to introduce Article to those looking for an easier way to create a space they love. With over 15 years of experience in marketing, including four years at Article, Duncan has worked with both high-growth start-ups and established brands. A New Zealand native, Duncan received his Bachelor of Business Studies in Marketing Communications and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems at Massey University in New Zealand.
