Presented by the British Columbia Building Envelope Council (BCBEC) and BC Housing
This workshop will focus on innovation and building design considerations required for
multi-unit buildings. It will explore concepts and design rules of thumb to achieve higher
standards for livability, high-performance sustainability with carbon neutrality, and durability
of assemblies. Industry leaders will discuss a variety of topics, including: wall, roof and attic
performance, prefab assemblies, tall mass timber buildings, lighting and thermal comfort.
This event is eligible for professional learning credits.
