We are so excited to announce our next Leadership Breakfast will be hosted by Sarah Bingham, Vice President of Development and Sustainability at Adera!
Adera Development Corporation is one of BC’s most prominent wood frame development companies and one of the most active developers of mass timber homes in North America. Locally owned, Adera has delivered over 11,500 multi-family units and 4 million square feet of commercial space across Metro Vancouver.
In addition to facilitating multi-family projects from inception to completion throughout the Lower Mainland, Sarah spearheads the company’s environmental sustainability targets, both at the corporate and project level, building on the success of nearly 20 years of innovative development projects. Sarah holds a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Queen’s University and is a Registered Professional Planner. She is Chair of the UDI – Pacific Region’s U40 Executive Committee and is a member of the UDI Board of Directors.

The UDI U40 Leadership Breakfast Series gives young professionals under the age of 40 a chance to begin the day with breakfast and a lively conversation with a successful industry leader in a small group setting.
This event is open to UDI U40 Members only.
Due to the popularity of these breakfasts, guests will be determined by lottery. Only lottery winners will be contacted by a UDI staff with event details.
Entry to the lottery will close on Friday, November 17 at 12 noon and you will be contacted directly if your name is drawn.
