- Tour starts at 7:00 pm - Welcome Reception at the Metropolitan Hotel with City of Vancouver planning director Brian Jackson
- Coal Harbour tour with Michael Geller, The Geller Group
- Lunch at Water Street Cafe in Gastown
- Gastown tour with Jon Stovell, Reliance Properties
- Dinner in Yaletown with special guest Trish French, former City of Vancouver senior planner
- Olympic Village overview by Phil Chang, Rennie & Associates and tour of Olympic Village penthouse suite by Aquilini Development and Construction.
- Cambie Corridor tour by City of Vancouver planner Dwayne Drobot
- Oakridge redevelopment tour with development manager Dan Cupa, Ivanhoe Cambridge
- Tour ends at 1:00 pm
