ACQUISITION: Adam Perry - Vice President, Land Acquisition - MOSAIC
Adam Perry is the Vice President of Land Acquisitions at MOSAIC. Joining MOSAIC originally as a financial analyst in 2011, Adam has experience in raising capital for MOSAIC’s in house investment funds, as well as in-depth knowledge of debt, equity, and project finance. Prior to joining MOSAIC he worked for the Province of BC for four years planning and preparing for disposition of surplus properties.
 
Adam grew up in Ontario where he received degrees in Economics and Urban Planning from Queen’s University. Since 2007, Adam has lived in Vancouver. He is a proud dad to 3 kids under 5 and 1 loveable golden-doodle.


FINANCESean Wheeler - Vice President, Co-Investment - Grosvenor Americas
Joining Grosvenor originally as an intern, Sean has played a key role in the expansion of the Structure Development Financing business beginning in 2014.

Prior to becoming a Vice President in the Co-Investment team Sean worked in both the Vancouver and Seattle markets contributing to the origination of over $125 million (CDN) in loans supporting over $1 billion in residential developmental value.

Sean is a Co-Chair of the Urban Land Institute of British Columbia (ULI BC) Young Leaders Group. This group represents the roughly 200 ULI BC members under the age of 35 and organizes multiple events and initiatives for the group’s members and the wider ULI BC membership annually.

Blaire manages many of the firm's most complex projects, specializing in sustainability and project management. Prior to joining the firm in 2007, her experience included working with environmental non-governmental organizations, research and policy consultancies, and architectural and planning firms across Canada. Blaire holds a Master's Degree in Urban Planning from McGill University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Conservation and Resource Management from the University of Alberta. She is a member of the Canadian Institute of Planners. 


SALES & MARKETING: Suzana Goncalves - EVP, Sales & Marketing; Partner - MLA Canada
Suzana Goncalves is a Partner and Chief Advisory Officer at MLA Canada (McNeill Lalonde and Associates), the newly formed company from the merger of MAC Marketing Solutions and BLVD Marketing Group. MLA Canada specializes in multi-family residential new construction and provides advisory, market intelligence, sales, marketing, customer care and lease-up services to some of Western Canada's top developers. Her 16-year career includes a focus in marketing working on projects in every product type from single-family up to master-planned communities in Alberta and BC. Prior to the merger Suzana was VP of Marketing for MAC Marketing Solutions winning several awards for marketing excellence for various projects and playing an instrumental role in the company's growth and reputation for client focused results. Suzana is also a committee member of Women of UDI.  

CONSTRUCTION: Robert Horvath, Principal - Open Sky Developments
Robert Horvath is a Principal at Open Sky Developments. He is responsible for construction and development activities which includes work in British Columbia and Alberta. He is a graduate of the BCIT Building Technology Program and holds a Diploma in Business Finance and Investment Management. Robert brings 26 years of construction management expertise to Open Sky and is responsible for rezoning, design, budgeting/scheduling and overall project success. His past projects include residential, hotel, commercial and institutional work. Over his career, he has managed the construction of over 2,250 residential units and constructed over $400 million in value.
