REGISTRATION FORM: Wednesday May 30, 2018

Both tournaments have the same number of teams and follow the same format, so pick whichever date works best for you. 

The tournaments will sell out quickly so don't wait. If one tournament sells out, you will be offered a spot on the other date. 

*For Team registrations: If you do not know the names for each player on your team, you can write 'TBA' and give us the names at a later date, that way we can secure a spot for your team ASAP.

Lunch, steak barbecue dinner, and golf carts included. Great prizes for everyone!

Corporate Foursome: $2,375 per team + GST
Fee includes 2 golf carts, corporate signage at one of the holes, lunch, and BBQ dinner.

Individual Registration (UDI members only): 
$400.00 + GST
Fee includes golf carts, lunch, and BBQ Dinner.

BBQ Dinner Only (UDI members only): 
$110.00 + GST
