With a current population of 38,500 set to exceed 45,000 in the next 10 years, Mission continues to be one of the faster growing communities in the province. Recent residential, recreational, commercial and industrial growth has signaled development interest and growth opportunity. Focusing on these four areas, the District of Mission shares its vision and lead projects with the development community.

Join developers, investors and businesses and be prepared to see the District of Mission come to life.
Mayor Hawes and staff will share Council’s vision of downtown and provide an overview of the aggressive development incentives offered to support investment in the historic core.
Developers and development representatives will also provide an overview of market conditions and share their experiences working with this municipality.
