David is responsible for the design, planning and approvals for residential developments through the rezoning, development and construction process. This includes feasibility studies, envisioning, planning and selecting and managing the design team.

He leads the planning approvals and design of Beedie’s 95 acre master planned community in Coquitlam.

David is an Architect by profession. He has worked extensively in most lower mainland communities including Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Port Moody and New Westminster. He has also developed properties in the greater Victoria area, Toronto and Los Angeles.
