SOLD OUT - Project Tour: Hollybridge at River Green by ASPAC Developments

Hosted by the Women of UDI, join us and explore the recently completed Hollybridge at River Green development, a waterfront community along the Fraser River in Richmond.  
Jayme Colville, the Director of Development will lead the tour alongside Adele Rankin from CHIL Interior Design and Sheri Griffin from Ledcor.  Learn about the team collaboration that lead to the design and construction of this development on time.  Explore the intricacies of navigating the municipal and provincial approval process for heritage sites, dike upgrades and environmentally sensitive areas.  
Highlights of the tour will include a review of a suite and 20,000 sq.ft of indoor amenity space including a 25 meter olympic size pool, half-court basketball hall, fitness centre, children's play room, multi-media room, two club rooms, Tesla shuttle, social lounge and dog wash station.  Heading outside we will explore 75,000 sq.ft of outdoor amenity space including a new public park, boardwalk, tai-chi garden, waterfront park/dike and public art by Nathan Lee.
Tour Hosts:
Jayme Colville,  Director of Development - Aspac Developments  
With 15 years of real estate development experience, Jayme Colville leads the development team at ASPAC Developments; a masterplan oriented residential developer with nearly 30 years of Metro Vancouver development history. In her role, Jayme has been involved with the successful completion of the iconic Harbour Green in Coal Harbour and from project inception, has progressed the entitlements process through to key handovers on the ~3.4M square foot River Green community in Richmond.  Jayme proudly serves on the Women of UDI Committee. 
Adele Rankin, Managing Principal - CHIL Interiors
Adele Rankin is the Principal and Global Design Lead of CHIL Interior Design, the niche hospitality and residential studio of B+H Architects.   CHIL is a leader in hospitality and multi-family residential design throughout Canada, US and Asia.  Adele believes that at the heart of great design is collaboration and a collective desire for creating meaningful spaces and she focuses that passion to developing truly inspiring designs at every opportunity.  Adele joined CHIL in 2000 and has been a Principal since 2016.  As a Principal and the Global Design Lead, she has helped establish the firm's diverse and collaborative studios in Vancouver, Toronto and Hong Kong. 
Sheri Griffin, Senior Project Manager - Ledcor
Sheri has been with Ledcor for 23 years and is currently a Senior Project Manager in the Construction Division in Vancouver.  She started at Ledcor as a Project Coordinator in the Special Projects division.  She gained a wide range of experience in managing projects of various types including retail, restaurants, hospitals, institutional, and at the airport.  She had the privilege to manage the construction of the Phantom Creek Winery in Oliver BC before joining the River Green team to work on a high-end residential development over the last three and a half years.  Over her career Sheri has developed relationships within the industry and believes that positive relationships are the key to her success and the success of the projects.

Driving - There is underground paid parking available at 6699 Pearson Way. Access from Hollybridge Way or Pearson Way.  Street parking is also available on Hollybridge Way & Pearson Way
