Bosa Properties partnered with the Central Presbyterian Church (CPC) to redevelop their previous church facility and bring an exciting new and unique project to Vancouver's historic West End neighbourhood.

Designed by award winning Henriquez Partner Architects, this 22-storey tower includes a total of 168 market rental, 45 social housing units, a brand-new church, daycare facilities, and a retail component at the base. The innovative 17,281-square foot site also includes community garden plots, expansive outdoor patios, electric car charging and temperature-controlled parcel delivery lockers, the first Vancouver residential building to house such a feature.
