Rick IIich, CEO, Townline
Rick established Townline in 1980 and under his direction, the company has grown from a single family home builder to a diverse and respected leader in the residential, commercial and mixed-use development/construction industry.
Recognizing the inequities in the socioeconomic reality that affect the ability of so many people to secure safe and affordable housing, together with his wife Lauren and VP Craig Lochhead, he formed TL Housing Solutions (TLHS). TLHS is a ?fee for service? design/build contracting group that built on Townline?s development and construction expertise, offering a turn-key approach to Non-Market Housing Operators, BC Housing and CMHC. To date, more than 2500 units have been constructed or are in progress, including safe, secure housing for women fleeing domestic violence, affordable housing with support services for seniors, state of the art housing and support services for those with special needs, co-operative housing, as well as Indigenous and work force housing.
Rick also serves as Vice Chair at Large of the Board of Directors for the UDI Pacific Region. 
 
Beth Berry, Vice President, Industrial Development, Beedie
Beth Berry joined Beedie in the Spring of 2008 after starting her career in commercial real estate with a major Vancouver brokerage firm. As Vice President of Industrial Development, Beth is responsible for the development, sales and marketing, design, and pre-construction teams for speculative and build-to-suit projects in British Columbia and Ontario. Beth is a graduate of the University of British Columbia's Bachelor of Commerce program specializing in Real Estate as well as obtained her Executive MBA at the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University.
Beth currently sits on the NAIOP Government Relations Committee and is a Past President of the Vancouver Chapter.
 
Tim Grant,  President, PCI Developments
Tim leads PCI?s Executive Team and is a partner in PCI. He is actively involved in all aspects of PCI?s operations and oversees successful completion of its projects. Tim is also on the Board and actively supports PCI?s affiliate Warrington PCI Management (WPM) and is Board Chair of Catalyst Community Developments Society.
 
Jennifer Podmore Russell, Vice President ? Advisory, rennie
Jennifer Podmore Russell joined rennie in March of 2017 bringing more than two decades of experience in real estate and development in Canada. She is called on to support the formation of portfolio planning and strategy, transaction due diligence, land use planning, feasibility and value creation through the extraction of highest and best use.
A keen observer and analyst of the contributing factors to urban growth, she is known for her ability to translate data to insight and insight into executable strategies for both land and core assets. Prior to rennie Jennfier lead the BC Real Estate practice at Deloitte and successfully founded, managed and successfully transitioned a real estate software and advisory platform in Western Canada.
Presently Jennifer is serving as a Board Member to the Royal Columbian Foundation in addition to serving as an Independent Director to both Nch-Kay and Arrowleaf. She is a past Vice Chair of the Vancouver Economic Commission and leads the giving strategy for the rennie foundation.
 
Avtar Bains - President, Premise Properties

Avtar is President and founder of Premise Properties, a privately owned real estate investment and development company based in Vancouver, British Columbia. Premise Properties acquires and develops high-quality, well-located income producing assets in core and secondary markets throughout Canada.
 
Prior to establishing Premise Properties, Avtar spent over thirty years with Colliers International.
 
Additionally, Avtar is a board member of Morguard North American Residential REIT, The Peterson Group, Primaris REIT and UBC Properties Trust.
