Event Description:
Join UDI board director Daryl Simpson and Jeff Skinner of Bosa Properties on August 24 for a project tour of Cardero. Designed by the award-winning Vancouver-based architecture firm Henriquez Partners Architects, the unique building was envisioned to establish a gateway into the downtown core and in response to the distinct character of the surrounding areas. The slender 26-storey residential building located at the corner of Georgia and Cardero street, features distinctive screens and a collection of just 119 luxury condominiums. The tower will sit atop a four-storey podium offering future retail opportunities.
A mask is required for the tour for COVID-19 regulations.
