Event Description:
Join UDI board director, Mike Mackay and Trevor King of Strand on August 17 for a project tour of The Victoria- Cedar Cottage’s newest rental community. The Victoria is Strand’s second purpose-built rental project to complete this year with their third project scheduled to complete in Kitsilano this fall, for a total of 251 new rental homes created by Strand in Vancouver this year.
The Drive. The Park. The Lake.–The Victoria provides the quintessential Vancouver experience, just steps from Trout Lake, Commercial Drive, and two SkyTrain Stations leading to Downtown. This brand new rental community is now renting pet-friendly studio, 1, 2, & 3 bedroom homes and townhomes. The Victoria will open its doors to its new residents on September 1st.
A mask is required for the tour for COVID-19 regulations.
