SOLD OUT - UDI Project Tour - Timber House by Aragon Properties

Aragon Properties is set to launch Timber House, one of North America's largest residential Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) projects, demonstrating its commitment to sustainability in building construction.  
 
Kalesnikoff, a Canadian CLT company, has been chosen to provide the CLT material for the project. 
 
Building with mass timber has been shown to have a lower environmental impact than traditional building materials, including steel and concrete, through life cycle assessments. The homes at Timber House are not only environmentally friendly, but also feature a unique Scandinavian design with exposed CLT walls and ceilings, emphasizing the natural beauty of the materials. 
 
Join us for a walking tour and witness the innovation of Timber House. There will be a light social following the tour and is a great opportunity to connect and network with other UDI members.
