ERIC CARLSON, 
Founder and CEO, Anthem Properties Group
Eric Carlson is the core founder and CEO of Anthem Properties Group, a real estate development, investment and management business that operates in BC, Alberta and California.  Founded in 1991, Anthem is an integrated team of 375 people, driven by creativity, passion and direct communication.  Alone or in partnership, Anthem has developed or managed more than 240 residential, commercial and retail projects with an aggregate value of more than $6 billion.  Anthem purchased United Communities in 2014, and together, Anthem and United (now Anthem United), have more than 12,000 homes built, in design or under construction, more than 4.4 million square feet of commercial real estate space and 5,000 acres of land for future development across Western North America. 

NEIL CHRYSTAL, President and Chief Executive Officer, Polygon Homes Ltd.
Neil manages all aspects of Polygon's home-building activities in Greater Vancouver, and currently serves on the Board of Executives of the Urban Development Institute - Pacific Region. Neil joined Polygon in 1987, after graduating from the Urban Land Economics program at the University of British Columbia.

TODD YUEN, President, Industrial of Beedie
Todd is a proven leader who is responsible for the planning, sales and leasing of all new Beedie developments, land acquisitions, build-to-suit projects, strata development and other local projects, as well as advancing Beedie's expansion into new markets. By the time he joined Beedie in 2008, Todd had accumulated over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage as Senior Vice President with a focus on industrial sales and leasing, during which time he worked closely with Beedie on build-to-suit projects and leasing. This made his 2013 transition to President, Industrial, relatively seamless

JON STOVELL, President and CEO, Reliance Properties
Jon has been in the real estate investment and development industry for over 25 years. He works in all areas including acquisitions, finance, civic approvals, construction and marketing. For the past 20 years, he has served as General Manager and now President for Reliance Properties, a privately owned Vancouver company that has been active in the development, ownership and management of commercial and residential real estate for over 50 years.
 
At Reliance, Jon has developed a broad base of expertise in portfolio management with an emphasis on urban renewal through restoration and renovation of heritage buildings, together with new strata and rental residential and specialty office and retail projects. The firm has earned several awards for its contribution to the retention of heritage buildings, high rise excellence and affordable housing in the Gastown and Downtown Eastside Areas.
 
Recent or current projects include the 564 Beatty office and the one-million-square-foot 54-storey Burrard Place with Jim Pattison Developments. In 2013, Reliance was awarded the most innovative company in BC award by BC Business Magazine for its Burns Block Micro-Lofts.  In 2014, Jon was named one of Vancouver Magazine's "Power 50" people. Jon also serves as the Chair for UDI.
