BIOS

Beau Jarvis, President, Wesgroup 
Beau Jarvis, UDI Chair, & President, Wesgroup Properties. With almost 20 years in the industry, Beau leads the growth and execution strategies at Wesgoup, while providing overall leadership for the business divisions and teams responsible for the development and management of the company's commercial, residential and mixed-use projects.

Jon Stovell, President and CEO, Reliance Properties
Jon has been in the real estate investment and development industry for over 25 years. He works in all areas including acquisitions, finance, civic approvals, construction and marketing. For the past 20 years, he has served as General Manager and now President for Reliance Properties, a privately owned Vancouver company that has been active in the development, ownership and management of commercial and residential real estate for over 50 years.
 
At Reliance, Jon has developed a broad base of expertise in portfolio management with an emphasis on urban renewal through restoration and renovation of heritage buildings, together with new strata and rental residential and specialty office and retail projects. The firm has earned several awards for its contribution to the retention of heritage buildings, high rise excellence and affordable housing in the Gastown and Downtown Eastside Areas.
 
Recent or current projects include the 564 Beatty office and the one-million-square-foot 54-storey Burrard Place with Jim Pattison Developments. In 2013, Reliance was awarded the most innovative company in BC award by BC Business Magazine for its Burns Block Micro-Lofts.  In 2014, Jon was named one of Vancouver Magazine's "Power 50" people. Jon also serves on the Board of Directors for UDI.

Chuck We, Senior Vice President - Western Canada, Hudson Pacific Properties 
Chuck We is the Senior Vice President of Hudson Pacific for Western Canada and oversees the management of the company's properties, including the repositioning of Bentall Centre, a 1.45 million sq. ft. office and retail complex, as well as future platform growth. Prior to Hudson Pacific, Chuck served as Vice President for Oxford Properties Group, where he oversaw leasing and operations in Vancouver, and participated in development and acquisitions. Chuck currently serves on the board of the Downtown Vancouver Business Improvement Association (DVBIA), is a past President of the Vancouver chapter of NAIOP, and is a former director of the ULI British Columbia District Council.

Suzana Goncalves, EVP Sales and Marketing, Partner, MLA Canada (moderator) 
Suzana Goncalves is driven by the dynamic nature of the real estate development industry. A logical thinker, she finds satisfaction in uncovering solutions using data and analytics with creativity and strategy. Suzana's proactive approach originates from over 19 years of industry experience and a determined confidence. With sharp communication skills, Suzana oversees our core services of Advisory, Marketing, Sales, Administration and Customer Care to deliver exceptional quality and added value to clients. She works tirelessly to create better service and products, remaining current on innovative processes.
Suzana is the Vice-Chair of the Women of UDI Committee.
