Event Description:
Legacy is a boutique collection of 69, two and three bedroom luxury residences that are beyond compare to anything on the market today. Legacy is a passion project - meant to stand the test of time for generations to come.
The trades people that were assembled to build Legacy were specifically chosen due to their credentials and specialized knowledge of constructing a building of this quality and level of innovation. CLT (cross laminated timber) construction allows for a reduction in the transfer of heat and noise as well as a smaller carbon footprint compared to traditional steel and concrete construction. CLT also boasts improved seismic resilience.
A hard hat, safety vest, and steel toed boots are required for this tour.
