Event Description:
Located at the intersection of West 41st and Elizabeth Street in Vancouver, The Parker is a LEED® Gold project which integrates a new church facility on the ground floor with 47 boutique luxury market residential units above in a 6-storey mixed-use development.
The form of development works to retain the original stature and institutional presence of the church on site while striking a clear delineation between the residential and church programming. With a visible street presence and honoring the history of the previous building and congre¬gation, the new mixed-use building is designed to meet the program needs of the current and future congregation through a contemporary, operationally functional facility designed in alignment with current technical and sustainable building standards.
