Vancouver House will be the fourth tallest building in Vancouver, and will become one of the most significant landmarks in the city’s skyline. The design for Vancouver House arose directly from its context, in response to challenging site constraints located adjacent to the Granville Street bridge.
Vancouver House is designed by the Bjarke Ingels Group, a star in the architectural firmament, and recipient of multiple top design prizes and global media profiles. The slender triangular tower base is flanked by a nine-storey podium, ultimately doubling in size in the air into the 515-foot residential tower. Vancouver House will extend into total work of art, complete with a new neighbourhood at the Beach District, a year-round destination, with 84,000 square feet of Marketplace and 74,000 square feet of Creative Space.
Only 35 spots available, all UDI members are welcome!
The tour will start at Vancouver House located at the corners of Pacific and Howe. Public transportation is encouraged as parking is limited.
