This is the registration page for the June 25, 2014 Surrey City Development Tour for those who will be using their own means of  transportation to Surrey.

With over $5 billion in public and private sector investment in the past two years, Surrey is transforming itself. Get to know “The New Surrey” with a bus tour of development projects in BC’s fastest growing city.
 
Learn about Surrey’s Innovation Boulevard, developers’ plans, business relocation and collaborating with the City of Surrey to build a new walkable, transit-oriented Downtown within an existing City.
 
Following the bus tour, join us in the soaring atrium of SFU Surrey for a networking breakfast reception with Mayor Dianne Watts, Councillors and invited VIPs as local developers showcase the exciting happenings in Downtown Surrey. 
 
After the breakfast reception, don’t miss the opportunity to wander through the nearby Bing-Thom-designed library as well as the sales centres for Bosa Properties’ University District (featuring innovative BosaSPACE homes) and Century Group's 3 Civic Plaza - which will open early just for us!
 
At 10:30 am, come and see a demonstration of how the Council Chambers in the new City Hall transform into a dual-purpose performing arts venue and meeting space.

8:00 am – Meet in front of SFU Surrey Campus - University Drive & 102 Avenue (150m walk from Surrey Central Skytrain station)
8:15 to 8:45 am – Narrated bus tour 
8:45 to 10:00 am – Networking Breakfast Reception (Mayor Watts will speak at 9:05 am)
10:00 to 11:00 am – (optional) Tour the library, sales centres, and City Hall
