We are excited to announce our September Leadership Breakfast will be hosted by Aubrey Kelly, President & CEO of UBC Properties Trust.
An MBA graduate from Simon Fraser University, Aubrey has over 20 years of experience in the real estate development industry. Prior to joining UBC Properties Trust, Aubrey was President & CEO of Surrey City Development Corporation (SCDC). He joined SCDC in 2009 as Vice President Construction and Development, became Chief Operating Officer in 2012 and was appointed the President and CEO in 2014. Earlier in his career, Aubrey was Vice President Development and Construction for WestStone Properties.
UBC Properties oversees the development of one of the largest mixed-use developments in the region on behalf of the University, using 99 year pre-paid land leases to build Endowment proceeds and a diverse campus community for UBC.

The UDI U40 Leadership Breakfast Series gives young professionals under the age of 40 a chance to begin the day with breakfast and a lively conversation with a successful industry leader in a small group setting with a maximum of 12 guests.
Due to the popularity of these breakfasts, guest will be determined by lottery. Only lottery winners will be contacted by a UDI staff with event details.
This event is open to UDI U40 Members only.
The lottery will occur on February 9 and you will be contacted directly if your name is drawn.
