Our next "Lunch + Learn" session will be taught by Deepk Jaswal of KPMG LLP and U40 Executive Committee member, and Dan Nipp of KPMG LLP, who will give an overview of common tax and accounting issues faced by development companies in the real estate industry.
Join Deepk and Dan to discuss treatments of costs during construction phases, changes and updates to Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises (ASPE) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) affecting the real estate industry, structuring real estate acquisitions, accounting and tax due diligence, and tax planning.
