BIO

VIRGINIA BIRD
Virginia Bird is the Principal and Director of Client Services at Pottinger Bird Community Relations, a real estate consultancy firm specializing in development-related community relations. With over 12 years of hands-on experience, Virginia has contributed to a variety of successful development approvals since joining the firm in 2006. Her distinct approach of early engagement and collaboration with a variety of community stakeholders has garnered great respect in Metro Vancouver communities. 

In her role, Virginia is responsible for the management and effective execution of all client programs and projects. She is an active member of the Urban Development Institute and currently serves on the organization's membership committee, Women of UDI committee as well as the organizations Board of Directors.  She also serves as a Director of Vancouver Resource Society, the West Vancouver Chamber of Commerce, and is a trustee of the YMCA Foundation.
