BIO
KERRY NAGY
Kerry joined Travelers Canada in 1999 and was instrumental in helping secure Travelers’ market leading position today. He has lead his team in the underwriting of this specialized business and has taken on responsibility to execute our market expansion plan in Alberta. His experience in credit assessment, which he honed in the credit union industry, has helped Travelers to select and support the best in class builders. Kerry has also helped expand our purchaser deposit protection program in BC and AB based on our successful Ontario model. He currently oversees the Western Canada home warranty operations for the company. Kerry holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Saskatchewan, a Diploma in Urban Land Economics from the University of British Columbia and has taken extensive related courses through BCIT, Urban Development Institute, Alberta Insurance Council, as well as CHBC and CMHC.
ROSALIND NAIR
Rosalind has been in the real estate industry for over 10 years and with Travelers Canada since 2009. At Travelers she started in the Claims department and has since progressed her career to Senior Underwriter where she currently manages a diverse portfolio of Builders and Developers from all regions of the Lower Mainland. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Entrepreneurial Management from Royal Roads University, is currently a member of the U40 Executive Committee, member of the CREW and a volunteer with the Boys and Girls Club of South Coast BC. She has a passion for learning and never turns down an opportunity to meet someone new so she can develop a better understanding of their role in the real estate and residential construction industry.
