U40 Members, here's your chance to tour The Exchange by Credit Suisse & SwissReal!
The Exchange is the tallest LEED Platinum office tower in the city, and also Canada's first LEED Platinum hertiage conversion. The building combines European technologies with a West Coast aesthetic to create a unique downtown working environment.
Funded by Credit Suisse and designed by world-renowned Swiss architect Harry Gugger, this $240-million project is 382-ft tall with 31 storeys, including ten levels of the 1929-built heritage structure.
