Designed by award-winning Acton Ostry Architects, The Independent will stand as an iconic, landmark building in the heart of the Mount Pleasant neighbourhood. Mount Pleasant is now a hub of exciting activity in the arts, technology, dining and shopping and The Independent captures this spirit through unique architecture and creative design. It will be the tallest development in this eclectic neighbourhood, featuring 258 homes above 70,000 square feet of complimentary retail and office space over two levels as well as four levels of underground parking.
