Rachel Martinuk - Studio Director, Ste. Marie Desgin
Rachel Martinuk is the Studio Director for Ste. Marie Design, a commercial interior design studio that focuses on narrative-led spaces within the mixed-use development, multifamily and hospitality industries.
As Ste. Marie’s Studio Director, Rachel leads the design studio and champions the client’s interest, while collaborating with owners, operators and consultants to achieve impactful, well-executed outcomes. Rachel’s experience in the real-estate & design sector has led to her understanding of all factors of property development and construction as it relates to interior design.
Prior to joining Ste. Marie in 2017, Rachel was the Design Director at Onni Group for 15+ years. While working in-house with the large-scale developer she grew alongside the company and participated in many mixed-use multi-family projects in Vancouver, Toronto, Seattle, Los Angeles and Chicago.

Peter began his career working in advertising on numerous global and national consumer accounts, eventually making the move to working as an in-house brand, marketing, and communications leader for some of Western Canada’s leading developers. For almost 15 years, Peter’s brand and project marketing teams have brought market-leading strategy, creative excellence, effective innovation, and a collaborative spirit to their respective organizations. With a clear view of the real estate development practice as a risk-removal exercise, Peter has led the marketing efforts of projects ranging from small-scale to master plan including every product type in major markets throughout Western Canada.
