Gino Nonni, president of Serracan Properties, is our February breakfast host.
Gino’s 30 year tenure has resulted in signifcant land parcel transformation and building development in Western Canada. Gino excels at identifying the potential of land, uncovering it, and unifying it with end users.
Serracan is an investor, developer, and owner of residential and commercial real estate. Serracan has over 750,000 sq.ft. under ownership and development across all asset classes. Current projects include a 65,000 sq.ft. urban infill Class A Leed Gold office building in urban Vancouver.

The UDI U40 Leadership Breakfast series gives young professionals under the age of 40 an opportunity to begin the day with breakfast and lively conversation with a successful industry leader in a small group setting. Due to the popularity of these events, guests will be determined by lottery.
