Time: 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM PDT

Event Description:

The City of Toronto, much like Vancouver, consistently tops international rankings for livability, investment and innovation so it’s no surprise that Toronto is also experiencing a housing shortage with increased approval periods. Learn what our neighbours to the east are doing to improve its processes with the use of Concept 2 Keys – a new model introduced to transform the City’s development review process from pre-application consultation to occupancy by reimagining organizational structures, processes and technology.

Mike Varey of KPMG will set the stage for the end-to-end development review and Henry McQueen, VP of Development at Qualex-Landmark, will moderate the conversation with the City of Toronto panel as they discuss an alternate perspective, and possible solution, to the same problems we are facing here in Vancouver.
