Event Description:
The 45th Annual General Meeting of the Urban Development Institute is free and open to all UDI Members.
Please arrive promptly at 11:15 a.m. We aim to keep the AGM formalities brief. This will include the election of the 2017-2018 UDI Board of Directors.

Proxy Form (Associate Member) - only the Primary Rep can assign a proxy.
Note: 4.2 (c) Developer members shall have the right to vote on the election of all Directors who have been nominated. Associate Members may vote only for the Associate Members who have been nominated.
The AGM will take place directly prior to the May Lunch featuring Steve Schmidt (US Political Strategist) and Bob Rennie (Rennie Marketing).
Registration for the May Lunch opens April 27.
