Since 1984, the biennial UDI Awards for Excellence in Urban Development have been the highest form of peer recognition for completed development projects in the Lower Mainland and throughout British Columbia.

This year, on the 30th anniversary of the UDI Awards, join emcees Eric Carlson and Rob Macdonald as we honour the 2014 winners at a prestigious gala.

Come celebrate the outstanding achievements of UDI members in a range of categories, including the best of mixed-use, affordable housing, industrial, heritage, master-planned community, high-rise, low-rise, and more.

The awards are also an opportunity to recognize career achievements of some of BC's most influential developers. Be on hand to congratulate the newest inductees to the UDI Hall of Fame, as well as the promising young real estate professional who be awarded the Maureen Enser Future Leader Award.


Your dinner ticket includes admission to the After Party at Club 80s hosted by the U40s. ​The UDI Awards for Excellence started in 1984, which inspired us to transform the hotel lounge into "Club 80s" with MTV music videos, neon galore, and a DJ spinning the best dance music ever!
