Join us on our “Out of Town” development tour to Denver and Boulder, Colorado. Denver, known as the “Mile High City,” is located in the South Platte River Valley on the western edge of the High Plains. Denver boasts as one of the most walkable downtowns in the nation and has over 300 days of sunshine. Boulder is home to “Mork and Mindy” and sits at the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. Our tour will look at how both cities are handling challenges with housing affordability, increased demands on transit, gentrification of their downtown areas, and other development related issues. We will meet, mingle, and tour with local planners, private developers, ULI, and the Downtown Denver Association who will share their successes and challenges.
