As a partner in community building,the Urban Development Institute (UDI) is committed to working with communities and local governments to create and achieve the vision of balanced, well planned and sustainable communities.
Development plays an integral role in every community; UDl's members shape our urban and suburban landscape, infrastructure and built form.
On March 10th, UDI will be offering an afternoon program hosted by the University of the Fraser Valley Abbotsford Campus, designed to communicate how development works and express the key challenges for both sides.
We have brought together a panel of experts in development and approval processes, local government law and real estate finance to provide you with the information you need to address these challenges.
We invite you to participate in this interactive and informative session moderated by Michael Geller President of Geller & Associates, and a panel of industry experts.
We aim to answer all your questions and discuss how an effective working relationship between municipalities and the development industry can attract jobs and amenities to your community.
