The Road Ahead... A Focused Conversation on the What's Next - Near and Long Term - for the Fraser Valley Markets.
 
Given the volatility of recent times including inflation, interest rates, immigration, migration and politics, residential opinion leaders will help to inform participants outlook for the next 12 to 18 months with consideration paid to what to expect over the next 3 to 5 years in this relevant growth area.

Tim Bontkes - President, Owner of Infinity Properties  
 
Tim is the owner and President of Infinity Properties, an award-winning development company specializing in the creation of single-family and multi-family communities in the Fraser Valley and beyond.  With over 30 years of construction and development experience, Tim has worked hands-on in nearly every facet of the business and knows what it takes to build high-quality homes and communities. He holds a degree in Applied Science in Civil Engineering, and after graduating from UBC, he turned his lifelong passion for building into a business when he founded Infinity Properties. Tim is constantly learning and enjoys collaborating with other industry leaders. He is a member of the UDI Fraser Valley Committee and often offers his insights as a guest speaker for webinars and panels. His focus today is on leadership and building the Infinity team as they develop vibrant communities together. 

Ralph Archibald - Senior Vice President, Sales at Polygon Homes 
 
Ralph oversees a wide range of activities within Polygon's sales group. He has been managing real estate sales and marketing professionals in the Lower Mainland for over 30 years and has been associated with Polygon since 1993. Ralph holds a BA in Business Administration from Trinity Western University. Born and raised in Ladner, he currently resides in his hometown with his wife and two daughters. He previously served on the Board of Directors of the Real Estate Council of British Columbia. Currently, Ralph is volunteering with several community organizations. 
 
Kim Phillips -Personal Real Estate Corporation, The Kim Phillips Real Estate Team  

Kim has been serving Fraser Valley Buyers & Sellers for over 21 years and has helped over 1300 families. She is also a Wife, Mother, Grandmother & volunteer for the Fraser Valley Charitable Foundation and a past volunteer for the Fraser Valley Real Estate Government Relations Committee.

He is also personally involved in ensuring that Fifth Avenue has the most professional and dedicated sales representation in the market by leveraging his vast high-performance sales coaching knowledge and expertise.

Scott is also a sought-after media resource and speaker with respect to the status of new multifamily home market throughout British Columbia. Scott is also CEO of Fifth Avenue's related Okanagan based company EPIC Real Estate Solutions, lead and coached countless staff and formed and led client and market focussed teams that have set sales records throughout BC..
