CAMERON MCNEILL

DARYL SIMPSON
Daryl has worked in the BC development industry since 1993 and, since that time, has been responsible for the creation of some of the industry's most memorable and respected developments and campaigns. As Senior Vice-President of Bosa Properties and BlueSky Properties, Daryl is responsible for overall product design, marketing, sales, customer care and other operational requirements for the Bosa Family of Companies, and plays a pivotal role in the evolution and success of one of BC's most respected development firms. He currently chairs the Professional Development Committee at UDI, sits on the board of UDI, the Hecht Foundation, and Equitable Real Estate Investment Corp, and is a past Director of Canuck Place Children's Hospice.
W. SCOTT BROWN
As President & CEO of Fifth Avenue Real Estate Marketing Limited (Fifth Avenue), Scott directly oversees the growth and success of the project marketing and sales teams responsible for delivering sales success and developer partner satisfaction. Throughout his 28 years of work experience, Scott has formed and led teams that have set sales records in North America and Asia. He has consistently provided high quality strategic advisory services to leading global and local entrepreneurial organizations and expanded his marketing and sales strategy creation, culture development and performance enhancement expertise. Fifth Avenue specializes in the marketing and sales of new residential communities for developers throughout British Columbia, with a specialized focus in the Fraser Valley and select suburban markets in Metro Vancouver. Its expertise in large-scale residential housing includes: multi-family, condominiums, townhomes, strata hotels, single family master planned and mixed use communities and resorts. JON STOVELL
Jon Stovell has been in the real estate investment and development industry for over 25 years. He works in all areas including acquisitions, finance, civic approvals, construction and marketing. At Reliance, he has developed a broad base of expertise in portfolio management with an emphasis on urban renewal through restoration and renovation of heritage buildings, affordable housing, together with new strata and rental residential and specialty office and retail projects. The firm has earned awards for its work. Recent or current projects include the Burns Block Micro-Lofts, the 564 Beatty Office, West Pender Place in Coal Harbour, and the 54-storey Burrard Place with Jim Pattison Developments. In 2013 Reliance was named the most innovative company in BC by "BC Business Magazine" for its Burns Block Micro-Lofts. In 2014 Jon was named one of Vancouver Magazine's "Power 50" people. Jon also serves as the Chair for UDI.
