The man behind Rennie’s numbers is back for the UDI’s keynote April luncheon! Andrew Ramlo, Vice President of Intelligence at the Rennie Group, will not only be looking at projected dimensions of change relating to our housing market -- including foreign buyers, expanding home equity, the new speculation tax, housing supply and more -- he will also take a look at the actual housing data belied by the current headlines, and present short- and long-term outlooks for the market.
