Since our last seminar on air space parcels, there have been much progress and many changes on the legal and development process and methodology.

Join us as we hear from the experts:

Your Takeaways:
  • After many years of work and negotiations an agreement has been reached with the Land Title Office to clarify situations where phased development of land that involves air space parcels is predictable.
  • Examples of acceptable phasing will be discussed along with phasing schemes that may not be acceptable to the Land Title Office
  • The form and content of an air space plan has been refined to assist this process.  A brief review of the changes will be covered.
  • You will also hear the do’s and don’ts of air space subdivision applications from the City of Vancouver’s City Surveyor.
Featured Expert Panel:
*This event qualifies for 1.5 CPD credits from the Law Society of BC*
