Real estate dominated our news and economy in 2016. How will we house the expected one million residents moving into Metro Vancouver in the next 25 years?

What is the future of housing in BC? What is the public sentiment on the recent Foreign Buyers' Tax and other government policies?

Join our featured experts who will share their recent research and public poll results on:
  • Buyer habits and trends
  • Housing demands and predictions
  • Affordable housing challenges, opportunities and solutions
  • Public sentiment and attitudes

Moderated by Ben Smith, Benjamin Advisory Group, we'll explore how their findings will impact our industry.

Included in this exclusive seminar is the full 60-page print of the “Future of B.C. Housing Report” by Resonance Consultancy for every attendee.

Her career has involved crafting effective deals that create high-value, long-lasting and positive impacts in communities.  She’s currently exploring alternative approaches to land ownership, housing, and real estate as a means to address growing economic inequality in Canadian cities.  At the centre of developing property, mobilising capital, building capacity, and influencing policy, Kira sees an opportunity to disrupt the real estate economy and then reorganize it to be more sustainable, co-operative, socially just and economically inclusive. She’s spent almost 20 years working on building sustainable regional economies, communities, and neighbourhoods.  She’s forthright, honest, quick thinking and passionate about her work.
