As commercial strata gains popularity, questions surrounding profitability, affordability, and sustainability continue to rise. This breakfast panel will dig into the framework around commercial strata as it becomes a bigger player in our market. They will take a closer look at the impact this sector has on stakeholders from owners, managers, to tenants and their future work force.
The panel will address questions including:
• What are the new fundamentals and expectations for the future of office and industrial real estate?
• How do we rethink and reconfigure the space plan and design?
• How do we justify $2,200 PFS in office strata when we need at least $100 in net rental rate to get a positive yield?
• As industrial strata units have doubled from $200 PSF to now $450 PSF, who is buying them and why?
Join us as we take an early-morning dive into the world of commercial real estate—discussing everything from how strata works for office spaces, to how to properly market commercial opportunities.
