In 2018, the Provincial government introduced the Condo Strata Assignment Integrity Register (CSAIR) to make the real estate market more transparent and fair, as outlined in its 30-Point Housing Plan. Information collected through this register will also inform future housing and tax policy development.

Information collected through this register will also inform future housing and tax policy development.
Home builders and their agents have played a central role in collecting this information since January 2019 and must now file the first report by April 30, 2019.
This breakfast seminar is designed to provide UDI members with greater insights into CSAIR policy, reporting requirements and the technology to support the process.
