8:00 to 9:10 am - Breakfast in the Westin Loft with Peter Kefalas, Principal, InHaus Development Ltd. (developer with projects in both Vancouver and Seattle).
9:15 am - Tour of Via 6 (654-unit purpose built rental project with ground-floor retail) with Matt Griffin from Pine Street Group (developer).
10:30 am - Tour of Insignia Seattle (largest new condominium development in northwest Seattle with 707 units) with a representative from Bosa Development
11:30 am - South Lake Union Discovery Center with a representative from Vulcan Real Estate, the developer of the South Lake Union neighbourhood - one of the largest urban redevelopment projects in the country.
12:00 pm - Lunch at Weber Thompson with Catherine Benotto, Principal, Weber Thompson
1:00 to 3:00 pm - Tour of South Lake Union (LEED ND) with Jim Holmes, Senior Urban Planner, City of Seattle
3:15 to 4:00 pm - Tour of WeWork (innovative shared office space) with Davey Friedman, Associate Community Manager.
