After a summer break, our popular Leadership Breakfast series starts up again and we are delighted to have the charismatic Avtar Bains return to host another breakfast for us!

Avtar is President of Premise Properties, a real estate investment firm. He is responsible for its overall business including the origination and execution of long-term investment strategies.
 
Prior to establishing Premise Properties, Avtar spent over 30 years at Colliers International, most recently as Executive Vice President. During his tenure, Avtar represented clients with particular focus on investment properties and successfully brokered over $10 billion in transactions.
 
Avtar currently holds Board of Advisory positions with Aspen Properties, British Pacific Properties, Morguard North American Residential REIT and UBC Properties Trust.
