We have been talking about their impact for the last 15 years. In 2015, they are officially the single largest group in the labour market and make up 75% of first-time buyers. The majority are between 21-35 years old and are already having a big impact on all aspects of our daily life – from the media now being created, to how we communicate with each other, to the types of homes and communities we are building. They are our coordinators, our managers, our directors, our Vice Presidents, and comprise some of the richest people in the world.
They are Millennials, and although we love to hate on them, they are here andcannot WILL NOT be ignored.
Our panelists represent media, software, politics, and development. We will hear about the real impact Millennials are having on each of these areas in the here and now. We will discuss how they have already changed our strategies and how we do business today.
For Millennials, you will learn about the successes and failures of your peers so that you might differentiate yourselves. For those 35+, you will learn where this tidal wave of youth has landed and get an idea of where it is headed so you won’t be swept away.
