UDI Under-40s - here's your chance to tour Station Square by Anthem Properties and Beedie Living. 



Station Square was one of the first, large transit-oriented developments in Western Canada when it broke ground in 2012. The goal of Anthem Properties and Beedie Development Group was to build the most sustainable and vibrant master-planned community in Metro Vancouver.

Station Square is a mix of 1800 homes in 5 residential towers, including a 52- storey tower developed by international award- winning architect KPF.  

Station Square also includes more than 450,000 square feet of retail space and a restaurant row on Silver Drive, anchored by Cactus Club and Earls. Station Square is becoming a bold, energetic urban neighbourhood that is redefining the city’s skyline, and quickly becoming the heart of Burnaby’s new downtown.
