UDI Under-40s - here's your chance to tour TELUS Garden development, lead by Henriquez Partners Architects.



The TELUS Garden development radically transforms an aging block of downtown Vancouver into an architectural icon of advanced technology, environmental stewardship, and new work styles. The million-square-foot, $750 million project will see almost the entire block of prime downtown real estate bound by Georgia, Robson, Seymour and Richards Streets rebuilt into half a million square feet of much-needed new office space and 424 new residential units.

The 22-storey signature office tower is built to 2009 Canadian LEED Platinum standard and the 47-storey residential tower currently under construction is targeting LEED Gold standard.
