U40s - Join us on a walking tour of Wesbrook Village at UBC!
Located south of West 16th Avenue and bounded by Pacific Spirit Regional Park and UBC Farm, Wesbrook Village is set on a pristine peninsula surrounded by spectacular sweeping ocean views. The ideal balance of an urban village in a natural setting, Wesbrook Village is made up of a collection of shops and residences on the University of British Columbia’s Vancouver campus.
The community features a variety of multi-family rental and market residential buildings that all conform to UBC sustainability guidelines, including rain water retention, green roofs, and district energy.
