UDI Under-40s - here's your chance to check out Marine Gateway while it's still under construction! See the building envelope in different stages of completion, and stand on top of the 36-storey residential tower.
Marine Gateway is a mixed-use, transit-oriented development—and the first large-scale project under construction along Vancouver’s new Cambie Street transit corridor. Forming a vibrant ‘complete community’, Marine Gateway includes two residential towers, an office tower, commercial retail space, an 11-screen theatre complex and two neighbourhood plazas that provide a unique sense of place in a rapidly evolving area of the city.
The tour will start off with a site orientation and continue through the commercial retail units, office tower, and residential towers including the display suite.
IMPORTANT: This is an active construction site and safety equipment is mandatory. You must bring a pair of gloves (any kind will suffice). The site can provide hard hats, vests, and boots -- however, they may not have your boot size, so please note you may get a pair that is uncomfortable. If you have your own pair of steel-toed boots, please bring them.
