ANDREW GRANT
Andrew is the President of PCI Developments Corp., a Vancouver based Real Estate Development Company which he started in 1982 with partners. PCI Developments Corp. has undertaken a broad range of developments including urban retail, office buildings, shopping centres, industrial, residential high rises, heritage restorations and multi-towered mixed use projects. PCI completed two Metro Vancouver transit oriented developments in 2015/2016 - Marine Gateway and King George Station. And in 2008, completed Crossroads on the Canada Line. At present, PCI is planning 3 more transit oriented developments.
BRIAN MCCAULEY
Brian has been in the real estate development business for over twenty-five years. Since joining Concert in 1994, Brian has been involved with hands-on development management activities of Concert’s growing residential and income producing property portfolio. Brian is Past Chair and current board member of the Urban Development Institute Pacific Region. In 2002, Brian guided Concert’s expansion in Ontario leading the development of assured rental housing in Toronto in joint venture with OMERS. Marking Concert’s 20th Anniversary, Brian was named President on June 1, 2009. Brian now oversees the operations of Concert’s real estate activities across Canada.
ERIC CARLSON
Eric Carlson is the core founder and CEO of Anthem Properties – a Vancouver based real estate investment, development and management business that operates in BC, Alberta and California. Founded in 1991, Anthem Properties is a 300 plus person organization that has developed or managed more than 160 residential, commercial and retail projects with an aggregate value of approximately $4.1 billion. Anthem purchased United Communities in 2014, and together, Anthem and United currently have 7,000 homes either in the design, development or construction phase, along with 5 million square feet of commercial real estate space and 5,000 acres of land for future development across western North America.
JON STOVELL
Jon Stovell has been in the real estate investment and development industry for over 25 years. He works in all areas including acquisitions, finance, civic approvals, construction and marketing. For the past twenty years, he has served as General Manager and now President for Reliance Properties Ltd., a privately owned Vancouver company that has been active in the development, ownership and management of a wide variety of commercial and residential real estate for over 50 years. He has completed or is currently managing the development of over 1 billion in new development, construction and renovation projects in addition to managing an investment property portfolio in excess of 600 million in value. Recent or current projects include the Burns Block Micro-Lofts, 564 Beatty Office, West Pender Place in Coal Harbour and the one million square foot 54-storey Burrard Place with Jim Pattison Developments. In 2013 Reliance was awarded the most innovative company in BC award by BC Business Magazine for its Burns Block Micro-Lofts.
