  • Table cancellations must be received in writing 7 days prior to the event.
  • Individual cancelations must be received in writing 72 hours prior to the event.
  • Substitutions are allowed anytime - please inform our office for accurate name tags. For substitutions within 24 hours of the event, the substitute guest(s) must check in at the UDI Registration Table at the venue to receive a new name tag.
  • No hard tickets will be issued. All registered guests will have a name tag waiting for them at the venue.
  • If you need a vegetarian meal or have other dietary restrictions, please contact our Events Manager, Ginny Normandeau at gnormandeau@udi.org

Non members - $175 + GST

Corporate Table - $1000 + GST
(Consists of 10 seats with corporate signage and preferred reserved seating)

  1. Please purchase 10 individual tickets.
  2. If the attendees' names have not been confirmed yet, write "TBA" for their name. We will contact you to confirm all names closer to the date.
  3. Write "Corporate Table please" in the Comments box.
