UDI's panel of experts bring different perspectives on what you need to know when buying land and get your site ready for redevelopment.

Harm Gross - President, Next Environmental
Harm will focus on off-site contamination issues and, by using local case studies, will illustrate what to do when contamination travels "onto" or "off" your site.

Doug Harrison - Associate Counsel and Senior Solicitor, Edwards, Kenny & Bray LLP
Doug will update us on the myriad of legal issues surrounding contaminated sites not only in BC, but also Ontario and Alberta. 

Mike Macfarlane - Director, Land Remediation, BC Ministry of Environment
Mike will bring us up to speed on current brownfield issues his Ministry is dealing with that affect our membership.

Bruno Thielmann - Director of Land Development, Wesgroup Properties
Bruno will discuss his experiences with remediation through redevelopment.
